Product Description
In the industrial plant, the large double-layer tile pressing
machine operates efficiently in a spacious and bright workshop.
Before starting the machine, the operator will carefully check each
component of the equipment to ensure that there is no looseness or
abnormality. Then, the huge metal coil is accurately installed on
the unloading rack and the position is adjusted so that the coil
can enter the machine smoothly. After starting the equipment, the
operator enters the pre-set tile specification parameters, such as
the height and spacing of the corrugated tiles, on the console.

In order to avoid damage to the machine by impact when the machine

Hydraulic Pump Station
The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.
The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil
temperature during working.

Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
Guide the coil come into the correct position and going to the roll
forming part.
Also including a Hand Pull Cutting Device, it is convenient to
pre-cut the coil when want to changing color or thickness.
Shaft & Roller
Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.
The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
After shaping, the metal is cut into individual slats of the
required length. Precision cutting ensures uniformity in the final
product.
The metal coil is slowly fed into the tile pressing machine, and
first passes through the leveling device to level the uneven
surface of the coil, laying the foundation for subsequent precise
forming. Then, the coil enters the double-layer mold area, and
under the strong pressure, the upper and lower layers are pressed
into trapezoidal tiles of different specifications at the same
time.
