1. The sealing head is made from hardened stainless steel to ensure a long service life.

2. It uses four wheels balance principle to generate uniform force on the wheels to achieve good sealing quality.

3. Automatic positioning devices are used to ensure the bottle is positioned to the sealing head accurately.

4. This machine is equipped with automatic cap arranging and cap hanging device, and can be equipped with cap loading device.

5. An electromagnetic vibration device (horizontal projectile type or swash plate type) is used to arrange caps in a line. Using such a device avoids scratch or deformation on the caps caused by traditional mechanical device.

6. If bottles are stuck in this machine, overload clutch protection device will be activated to protect bottles and the machine.
