It is used for flange fit-up/assembly, which is a mechanical device to ease the flange fit-up processes.

The fit-up platform adopts beam welding, with firm structure and good stability. The table surface is treated with fine machining, ensure flange horizontal placed, support point uniform, considering the protection of work piece, all contact points with work piece should adopts black nylon, with good capability and beautiful appearance. The fixture adopts lead screw uplifting adjustment, with ratchet wheel spanner, easy for adjustment, with good fit-up effectively.
