1. General Introduction
Wind Tower Production Welding Rotator with Dual Fine Adjusting
(Roller Adjusting and Roller-bed Adjusting) is used for wind tower
fit-up and welding. This structure can ensure the alignment of both
pipes. All the motions are motorized by DC motors and all electric
elements are France Schneider make.

3. Characteristics and Performance
- The HGKS series is welding turning rolls adjusted by motorized lead
screw. East set consists of one driving turning roll, one idler turning roll and electric
system. Distance between two rollers is adjusted by motorized lead screw; Driving turning roll adopts
double driving, 2 rollers are driven by 2 motors via 2 reducers; the output speed of 2 motors
controlled by one inverter, which can ensure the same linear speed for two driving rollers.
Work piece revolves stably;
- its linear speed can meet demands of various welding as manual
welding, strip welding and auto SAW etc.
- The upper roller beds of both driving and idle units also can be
motorized adjusting. And the driving and idle units can be motorized traveling.
- Two rollers, two motors and reducers are fit on the pedestal of
driving frame. Two idler rollers are fit on the bed of idler frame.
- Both power and idler rollers are PU rollers with high rigidity,
good wearability and long life.
- For different Dia. of work piece, adjust distance between two
rollers by motorized lead screw.
- After putting work piece, make sure the surrounding angle is
between 45°~110°.
