Introduction:

The PLC cleanroom Air Shower Pass -thru with Conveyor Line is an integrated contamination-control solution designed for automated material transfer between clean and non-clean zones in industries

Applications:

It is widely used in the clean environment,.such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, and electronics manufacturing. Combining HEPA filtration and PLC automation, it ensures efficient decontamination and seamless logistic

1: Exit is automatic slid door(up/down), entrance door is normally manual door

2: after the goods entrance the cabinet closed the entrance door,

the air clean system will be working 15s.meanwhile the two door interlock.

3:15s later, the exit door will be open automatic, and the conveyor system will be move on. When the goods

pass the photo-electrics sensor that will be give single to the back door for close. (the part1 and part 2

should be together start and stop)
