O-slot stator paper inserting machine for hairpin motor manufacturing

This paper inserting machine is suitable for inserting insulating paper into the O-slot of the motor stator, especially suitable for hairpin motor insulation.

It is placed vertically, so that it is convenient to change materials, repair or replace modules in later use.

Equipped with an automatic loading and unloading manipulator, the manipulator will pick up the stator and send it to the paper inserter mold after the wire body is supplied.

The paper inserter automatically completes the indentation, feeding, cutting, stamping, inserting, and indexing of insulating paper; the action is driven by a servo motor and a mechanical cam mechanism.

The equipment has safety configurations such as induction and emergency stop buttons, overload protection, etc.

The basic information can be saved in the PLC, and the data of each unit can be bound and uploaded to the MES system
