It is used to wind coils for segmented stators, open slot stators, linear stators, straight stators, especially stators with narrow slot but high slot filling rate. 3 needle coil winding heads greatly improve machine efficiency and production cycle. It can wind single-strand or multi-strand copper wire. Those machines generally named as linear winding machine where either segment or winding tool is rotated to wind the wire.
