This automatic four working station stator coil winding and inserting machine has four working stations, 2 for coil winding, 2 for coil inserting. It is of high automation and greatly improve the efficiency.

This automatic four working station stator coil winding and inserting machine can do coil winding, coil inserting and wedge inserting.

During winding, the coil will be auto wound to the tooling, so as to avoid the wire damage and snap caused by wire cross and disorder during manual wire transfer.
