synopsis

The material suspension conveyor is a three-dimensional space closed-loop continuous conveying system, which is suitable for the automatic conveying of items within and between workshops .According to the method of conveying objects, it can be divide into general and light transmission ,general accumulation type and light accumulation push suspension transmission .

Structural Composition

- Traction Chain: It is the power transmission part of the suspended conveyor line, which requires good flexibility in both horizontal and vertical directions, and the common ones are detachable chain and double-articulated chain.

- Skid: It is used to support the spreader of the goods so that it can run along the overhead track, and can also be used to support the quality of the chain to prevent the chain from generating excessive deflection, and there are loaded skid and unloaded skid.

- Spreader: It is used to carry the articles to be conveyed, articulated with the sliding frame, according to different articles and process requirements, there are various forms and specifications.

- Overhead rail: is the running track of the suspended conveyor line, usually made of I-beam or special box section steel, can be fixed in the roof, walls or columns.

- Driving device: to provide power for the conveyor line, so that the traction chain movement, common angle drive device and track drive device.

- Tensioning device: generally set up in the tension minimum or close to the minimum tension of the transportation section, used to automatically remove the slack of the chain, to maintain the appropriate tension of the chain.

- Safety devices: including catchers, etc. set in the inclined section of the overhead track. When the traction chain breaks, the catchers can block the skid frame and prevent the items from sliding down.

Classification

- According to the lifting capacity: the single point lifting weight within the range of 0-100KG is light suspension conveyor; the single point lifting weight within the range of 100-1000KG is heavy suspension conveyor.

- According to the conveying process and flow: ordinary type can realize the mobilization of the workpiece, and can realize the turn, lift and flow speed according to the process requirements; the accumulation and discharge type hanging conveyor can realize the automatic stacking, picking and unloading, resetting and other complex processes of the workpiece.
