The series of glass bottle filling machine combines the washing, filling, sealing functions on the same machine. This liquid filling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing, filling and capping. This 3-in-1 water filling machine is mainly used for glass bottled liquid.

This glass bottle filling machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The main electric elements adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc international famous products. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high-quality stainless steel.

CGF series filling machine adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle mould more convenient, faster. The capacity of model CGFD 18-18-6 is up to 5000BPH.

Washing Part
Most spare parts are made of stainless steel 304. The food grade 304 stainless steel is much more hygiene, durable, and safer. The transmission parts and some other parts, such as the down framework, are made of high polymer material. The 304 stainless steel gripper is along with the plastic pad which can ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.

Filling Part
The filling station uses all metal (not plastic) 304 stainless steel contact parts that brings consistence, accuracy and high precision filling nozzle. The vacuum pump regurgitant system can ensure the high filling precision and ensure the same filling level. The filling temperature and volume are also adjustable. For filling carbonated drinks, the filling method is isobaric filling.

Capping Part
The capping machine can cap different kinds of bottles, it is reliable and easy to be operated. It is widely used in wines, food, drinks, medicine, chemicals, reagents, pesticides and automatic packing etc. It is the most popular rotary screw automatic folding capper which uses the world's most advanced capping machine technology.

Air Conveyor (2M for Free)

Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.

Flat Conveyor (2M for Free)

Energy-saving and highly efficient. The special lubrication system keeps products clean, health and safe. Electric eyes design and overload protection mechanism help the whole line running safely and quickly.
