Description
1)About the water treatment machine:
- Raw water tank to prevent the shortage of the raw water and unsteady pressure. It has the floater ball valve and liquid level sensor.
- Raw water tank to guaratee the water supply and steady pressure
2)Pre-treatment:
- the mechanical filter to remove the big particle, suspended matter, sediment.
- the activated carbon filter to get rid of the odour, organic substance, organic substance, residual chlorine etc.
- the precise filter to filter the particles from the pre-treatment part.
- UF system: filter particles and colloid in the mineral water and retain mineral element.
- the Ozone which makes pure water fresh and UV which sterilizer the bacteria and finally flow the pure water tank.
3)About the bottle filling machine: (optional item:Lamp-checking and bottle dryer)
- (takes bottles from the blow molding machine to the air conveyor)
- Firstly, washing the bottles. Secondly, filling water into the bottles. Lastly capping the bottles.
- Lamp-checking to watch wherther it has the impurity.
- Bottle dryer to get rid of the droplet on the bottle.
