3C 4C 6C 8C 10C Triple Tube Core Barrel for water well drilling
triple tube core barrel
ROSCHEN Triple Tube Core Barrels are designed to maximize core recovery in site investigation and core exploratory drilling programs.
With these Core Barrels it is possible to obtain near 100%
volumetric core recovery in the most undisturbed condition possible
using rotary core drilling equipment. They have been used for
exploration of dam, bridge and building sites as well as the
development of mineral resources.
Triple Tube Core Barrels are normally supplied with stainless steel
split inner tubes. Clear plastic tubing is available in AMLC BMLC
NMLC HMLC 3C 4C 6C 8C 10 size.
The plastic tubing is used when retaining the core exactly as it is
recovered from the hole is desired. The core is left in the tube
and the ends are sealed.
Visual examination is possible through the tubing on site or at the
laboratory. The outer tubes are hard faced at each end to reduce
wear and act as a stabilizer.
Roschen manufacture differenct types of the core barrels with high quality.
Triple Tube Core Barrel designed for dam sites , bridge , building , water well mineral recources exploration core drilling, sampling.

Chinese Standard: Wireline 56, wireline 59, wireline 75, wireline 91.
Wireline drilling is the special method of removing the core. When
the driller wants to remove core from a conventional core drill,
the entire core barrel has to be removed from the hole. This is
time-consuming, as each rod has to be removed one at a time. With
wireline drilling, a barrel of core can be removed from the bottom
of the hole without removing the rod string. When the driller wants
to remove the core, an overshot is lowered on the end of a
wireline. The overshot attaches to the back of the core barrel
inner tube and the wireline is pulled back and the inner tube
disengages itself from the barrel.
