HQ Full Hole Core Barrel Outer Tube With Full Chrome Coating 3 Meter Long
The general term for the entire drill pipe column and its joints used in the borehole during drilling construction (excluding the casing for protecting the hole). The drilling tool consists of an active drill pipe, a drill pipe, a core tube, a bottom reamer and a drill bit, and a sedimentation tube or drill collar is added to the upper part of the core tube if necessary. The function of the drilling tool is mainly to transfer the bit pressure and rotary torque to the bit during the process of drilling the rock, and to transport the drilling flushing fluid to the bottom of the hole to collect the rock core.
The various components of the core barel drilling tool are made of high-quality seamless steel pipes with excellent physical and mechanical properties to withstand the alternating load, fatigue and wear of the drilling tool itself during the drilling process. The deeper the hole, the higher the performance requirements of the drilling tool. After a certain working period, the drilling tool will be scrapped due to wear and corrosion.
Core barrel Drilling tools are mostly made of high-quality alloy steel or low-alloy steel, and are properly heat-treated to improve their performance. China has successfully used alloy steel pipes containing manganese, tantalum, vanadium, titanium, silicon, boron and other elements to manufacture drilling tools.
