1.Q:How about the chips.Which one did you use?
A:In normal we will use with philip 3030,you can choose the CCT RA
by yourself.Ofcouse 5050 is also ok for us.We can design it
according your requirement.
2.Q:How about the lens,is there any photometric for choose.
A:Yes we have many photometrics for each items for your choose,you
can see it during our catalogue.The size which we use for the lens
is 50*50mm,I think many customer will lke this one.And we also can
use the ledil lens,but it will be take a little longer time for the
delivery time.
3.Q:If I want to use with neam socket,is ok for this products?
A:Yes of couse.You see,there have a base ,we leave this to make
nama hole for all the items for this family.And it also can make
zhaga hole.You can choose it by yourself.
4.Q:What’s the protection grade for your products
A:IP66 IK08
5.Q:What’s grade for your powder coating
A:Normal is C2 grade,but If the customer has special request,such
as used at the seaside,in this case,we can use phosphating with
Akzo powder to reach higher levels,like C3,C4.We can make the
different levels according your requirment.
