Test

1. waterproof test: IP grade, weatherproof.

As everyone knows, products are affected by various liquids more or less in their working state or in storage state.

The osmotic flow impact or accumulation of liquids may have a variety of effects on the material and properties of the product, and may even damage its structure. Therefore, the influence of liquid can not be ignored.

The purpose of the rainfall test is to confirm the reverse osmosis capability of the enclosure and its operation stability and reliability when or after the equipment is corroded by liquid.

2. Dust test

The products we produce are applicable all over the world, so one of the considerations is the operational environment of the product to assess the suitability of storage, transportation or operation of products in the atmosphere exposed to dry dust or dust.

Dust test adopts simulated dust environment to test the dust-proof performance of the product, so as to confirm whether the product can be used for a long time in various harsh natural environments.

3. CTI / PTI test

When we design and develop products, we consider the performance index of components such as metal conductive parts and CTI/PTI of plastic materials.

Every development material selection must be strictly controlled by CTI/CPI, so as to achieve better insulation performance and safe operation.
