Standardized operation management of reefer container plug and socket power supply

In order to facilitate the power supply of the refrigerated container, the plug and socket are specially designed, which brings convenience to the operation and management of the refrigerated container, and makes the power supply more safe, quick and reliable.

Requirements for plugs and sockets

Plug and socket is used to connect the power supply of the refrigerated container. The location of the refrigerated container determines the location of the plug and socket. It is generally placed on the open yard of the dock on land, and on the deck or bulkhead on the ship. Five requirements for plugs and sockets:

1.Must have water tightness, when the power is connected and not connected, foggy and rainy days or a short time is soaked in water, need to ensure that the water can not be.

2.The plug and the socket should have an interlocking device. Only when the automatic switch in the socket is disconnected can the plug be inserted. When the automatic switch in the socket is continuously powered, the plug cannot be pulled out.

3.The electrical performance of the plug and socket should meet the IEC standard, such as contact resistance, pressure resistance, dynamic stability, times of plug and unplug should meet the requirements.

4.The processing size of plug and socket should conform to ISO standard in order to reach the universal standard in the world.

5.Plugs and sockets must undergo strict tests before leaving the factory and have a certificate of qualification, otherwise they cannot leave the factory.
