Description of PE Corrugated Pipe Machine:

1. Single Screw extruder 2 units
Type: SJ65/30 SJ90/30 SJ120/30
ABB inverter, SIEMENS contactor, OMRON temperature controller

2.pipe extrusion die + corrugated pipe forming die 1 set

Metled plastic comes out from extruder will go into the die to extrude the round shape. considering the wall thickness is too tin to control the sizing. it will need vacuum blow into the forming die.

Forming die are made of auminum/aluminum-alloy. one diameter needs one set of forming die. it has beling modules in forming die, so it will be easy to do the pipe connection.

3. forming machine
forming machine used to setting the forming die, and making the forming die continously working.

4. Spraying Cooling Tank
Usd to cooling the corrugated pipe

5. cutting machine + stacker or winding machine
usually for small size(9mm to 110mm) corrugated pipe equip with winding machine, single disc winder, double disc winder, both are ok. for high speed suggest double disc widner.
also like 75mm, 90mm, 110mm pipe couble be cutted in short length, such as 9m, 6m etc. then need quip with cutting machine + stacker, becasue cutting frequency more more higher than winding type.
