1. This machine is good for PE PP film granulating. The capacity is can be from 100 up to 800kg/h. For the PE PP film or bags, if they are clean, you could put them directly into this machine for making granules without crushing. The build in agglomerator design is specially for this purpose.?We also have the machines for rigid PE, PP and ABS ?material granulating.

1. This line is a one/two stage plastic regenerative pelletizer/pelletizing/granulator/granuating which is suitable for many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and making pellet, such as PP, PE,HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials,etc.

2. It has vacuum exhausting system on extruder barrel which can fully vent the moisture in the material,hence the final granule quality will be very perfect. end of screw barrel, it equipped with double station fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen changer which can efficiently filter out the dirty in the plastic melt. the pelletizing adopts water cooling pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is good.
