1. The whole production line contain :

extruder, control box, mould, cooling system, four-wheel tractor and cutting machine. It is used for making small tube, such as drinking straw,pen-core tube,lollipop bar etc.The drinking straw could be single-color, two-color, three-color. by adding screw.

Raw material processed: plastic granule/pellet/grain.

Man-machine interface,only one worker is needed for operation.

2. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized doe polyolefin. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die, reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.

1. Process flow:
Raw material + additive → Mixing → Vacuum feeder → Hopper dryer → Single screw extruder → Color code extruder → Mould and Calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Cooling tank → Haul-off machine → Cutting machine → Tipping table

2. Main Applications:
1, building hot and cold water systems, including central heating systems;
2, building heating system, including floor, wall and radiant heating systems;
3, can be directly used in purified water drinking water supply systems;
