1. Work flow:

2. This production line adopts our unique wood and plastic technology
and formula, it can extrude wood-plastic plates with PVC+ wood
powder. The WPC products are widely used in high-grade car interior
decoration, advertising board , base material and decoration
materials for hotels, restaurants and entertainment .
3. According to customers different requirements, we offer three models to meet customer’s requirements( as following table). This line includes three-roller calendering machine, traction machine, uniquely designed plate shearing machine, and also equipped with the edge-cutting device for the waste material. Three water/oil boxes can control the temperature of three rollers. And the three rollers can be adjusted separately and it’s surface under the polishing treatment
