Product process of sludge dump truck:
1. Control system: It is mainly composed of hydraulic and electrical control systems. The lifting and falling of the tank, the opening and closing of the rear cover, and the opening and closing of the inlet cover can be controlled electrically and manually, and it has electrical and hydraulic interaction. Lock function
2. The tank body is made of WISCO Q235 high-quality steel plate, which is mainly used to hold sludge (water), the tank's external reinforcement ribs, and the interior is lined with 2mm thick stainless steel;
3. There are generally two feed inlets, one for one and one after, mainly used for sludge loading. The inlet opening and closing are fully hydraulically controlled. The cover of the inlet is provided with a seal ring, which can effectively prevent sludge and Odor emission
4. The back cover is provided with reinforcing ribs and hydraulic locking cylinders, and a manual locking device is provided. When the load is full, the rear cover and the cylinder are locked by the hydraulic cylinder, which can effectively prevent the outflow of sludge and sewage; After the hydraulic locking, the rear cover can be locked by a manual locking device to prevent leakage caused by abrasion of the rear tank cover seal.
5. A deflector is set at the discharge area. During the discharge, the deflector can effectively introduce the flowing sludge into the treatment tank, which can keep the rear body and bumper clean.
