Description:
The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the transmission and
power take-off device. The operating system controls the movement
of the piston rod, stopping the compartment at any desired inclined
position. The compartment can be tilted backwards or laterally,
though the former is more common. There are also products
supporting both. The compartment uses it own gravity and hydraulic
control to reset.
The main technical parameter of the tipper is loading weight and
the load volume is also indicated. Load according to the rated
loading capacity. Overloading is strictly prohibited. Trail
operation must be performed for new or overhauled vehicles,
ensuring smooth compartment lifting process without large axial
clearance. Choose proper lubricants by rule for different parts of
the vehicle. Pay attention to the lubrication cycle. The oil for
the lifting mechanism should be replaced on schedule.
