Description

This state-of-the-art linear cabinet foaming line features a meticulously designed structure. The heavy-duty mould frame, constructed from premium alloy steel, provides a stable and durable foundation for the foaming process. The automatic injection system, equipped with a high-precision metering pump, can deliver foaming agents with an accuracy of ±0.25%, ensuring consistent foam density. The water circulation temperature control system maintains the foaming temperature within ±1.5°C, optimizing the expansion and curing of the foam. Powered by a robust hydraulic system, the clamping and mold-locking mechanisms can apply up to 45 tons of pressure, preventing any leakage or deformation during foaming. The safety exhaust system constantly monitors and releases excess pressure, ensuring a secure production environment. The intuitive electrical control system, featuring a touch - screen interface, allows operators to adjust parameters in real - time and oversee the entire production process with ease.
