It mainly consists of compressed storage container,lifting support,compressing mechanism,medicine spraying and stink smell removing system,electrical and hydraulic controlling system etc. It has advantages such as modular designed,small area requirement,good compactability,small cost for foundation,and good environment protection.

Technical characteristics :

• The lifting device is designed at side, the whole facility body have low height. The pit depth is small to fit for ground situation where is not easy for deep-digging.underground design, new structure design, good exterior, size compact. the required area is small so that is easy for outdoor position choosing.
• big compression stress, good compactability, compressing ratio can be 3:1 to low the transportation cost.
• Adopt PLC programming control, combined container side,bottom dewatering and exhausting technology. It can reduce garbage moisture content, increase garbage density.
• adopt special “lifting and sidesway ”technology to ensure good connection for garbage station and transportation vehicle and avoid the garbage dropped into foundation pit.
• The facility treat the garbage underground and adopt atomizing, stink removing,dust falling and special dewatering technology to guarantee good environmental applicability.
• The facility has good electrical,hydraulic controlling technology which configured with good hardware to ensure its high reliability and easy operation.
• All mechanical parts are treated with shot-blasting,rust removing, painting treatment, the paint brand is Nobel from Netherland or antiseptic paint used in ocean industry. The whole facility have good performance for anti-corrosibility and duration.
