DESCRIPTION
Application: Mainly used in petrochemical, electric power, paper,
tobacco, buildingheating and other industries such as air cooler,
air heater and food industry plant proteinpowder, starch and other
spray drying system of air heaters.
Working temperature: 230C, using the most advanced CNC L finned
pipe throughdigital control to keep segment binding force in the
best condition, rolling forming of thetrapezoidal cross section and
the heat flux density distribution in size, on the basis ofmaterial
saving, greatly improving the thermal efficiency, put an end to the
string typefinned tube for segment gap cannot eliminate the contact
thermal resistance.
Features

Manufacturing Process
Fin strips (usually aluminum and copper) are folded into an L shape
and wound under tension on the surface of the base tube. The feet
of the fins are connected together and cover the surface of the
fins.
