It is applicable for quenching and normalizing treatment of various shafts and bars of auto and tractor industry etc. Features: reverse material to quench, not quench the charging tray, and return automatically. The quenching tank is moveable type double-liquid double-tank and is equipped with damp vibration slide platform. While quenching, work pieces scatter and vibrate up and down so as to ensure even cooling and even hardness of the work pieces with large section. Upper and lower computer distribution control system is applied; its degree of automation is high; and it can also be shielding gas atmosphere.
