Custom hearth roller continuous, annealing hearth furnace for sillicon steel, steel tubes

It is mainly applicable for production of steel tubes, and annealing, normalizing, modulizing and continuous heat treatment of cold drawn tubes or finished tubes. Heat resistant steel roll table (speed is adjustable) is installed in the furnace. Work pieces are placed on upper side of roll surface for heating and cooling simultaneously, so as to ensure quality of heat treatment and achieve the aim of continuous production. Coal gas, natural gas and oil can be used as its fuel. After being equipped with high efficient heat exchanger, it is featured in high output and energy saving. Specification of the furnace can be designed and manufactured according to process parameters of tubes.
