High temperature car bottom furnace

As periodic continuous furnace, high temperature car bottom furnace (0~1, 450^oC) is applicable for smelting of metal or alloy and sintering of ceramic, high polymer material and new materials etc.

Features:

1. Its quality energy-saving furnace lining is composed of quality high temperature resistant fiber and fireproof bricks, or corundum furnace hearth and plate, or ceramic fiber. It has even temperature and is stable, energy-saving, reliable and durable;

2. It is equipped with car anti-collision seal bricks to seal car and furnace door automatically. With integral rail, it doesn’t require installing foundation and can be used once being placed on level ground;

3. Computer program is used to control temperature of the control cabinet. Temperature rising, thermal insulation, power failure functions can be realized automatically according to process requirements. The recording instrument has recording, overheat alarm and break joint functions.
