Main structure:

BZX2800 type semi-auto gluer compose of main frame and two small conveyor.

Main frame including: main frame, up and down working table, forepart feeding section, forepart proofread section, middle transportation section, middle press section, side carton delivery section, electric control system.

This machine adopts imported international famous electric spare parts, Siemens electric, Omron photoelectricity switch, Japan TOKY counter, Taiwan MINGWEI electric power supply, the gluer head adopts special alloy material, anti acidity and alkalescence, to keep the glue head long service life.Main motor adopts Taiwan Chengpang motor.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
