TR280D rotary dilling rig is new designed self-erecting rig mounted on original Caterpillar 336D base, adopts advanced hydraulic loading back technology, integrates advanced electronic control technology, which makes the whole performance of TR280D rotary diling rig reach advanced world standards.

TR280D rotary dilling rig is specially designed to suit the following applications:

1. Dilling with telescopic friction or interlocking kelly bar - standard supply;
2. Dilling cased bore piles ( casing driven by rotary head or optionally by casing osillator);
3. CFA Piles by means of continue auger;
4. Either crowd winch system or hydraulic crowd cylinder system;
5. Displacement piles;
6. Soil -mixing;

MAIN FEATURES:

1. Retractable original CAT 336D chassis with EFI turbocharged engine ensures the stability of the whole machine meet the performance on various applications and construction environment. Advanced main pump adopted negative flow constant power variable automatic control, which can realize the optimal matching in the load and the output power of engine.
2. High frequency pulse controlled crowding system helps to achieve high efficient dilling at rock layers.
3. The large torque rotary head adopts three level anti shocking technology to effectively absorb the impact of kelly bar. Equipped REXROTH or LINDE motor provides powerful output torque and realizes grading control according to the geological conditions, construction requirements and so on.
4. High speed spin off is optional, centrifugal force is increased which can achieve fast soil unloading, increase construction efficiency remarkably.
5. Electric systems are from Pal-Fin auto-control, optimal design of electric control system improves the control accuracy and the feed back speed. Equipped advanced automatic switch of manual control and auto control, the electronic leveling device can monitor and adjust the mast
automatically, and guarantee a verticality condition during operation.

6. The newest desinged winch drum structure is to advoid steel wire rope tangling and effectively prolongs the wire's service life.
7. The main winch has functions of touch- -bottom protection and priority control; fast speed kelly fall is optional.
