1. Air source purification is the most important condition to keep the gas momentum instrument in normal use.The trouble of meter is mostly caused by oil and water entering meter.A larger Internet filter should be added before the air filter of the meter, and water should be discharged and replaced frequently to clean the filter element.
2. The air source pressure should not be lower than 0.29mpa, and the starting meter should not share the same air source with the aerodynamic machinery.(optimum air source pressure 0.4mpa to 0.6mpa)
3. After aging and hardening, the plastic pipe can easily leak air at the head.It should be replaced in time.
4. When the air valve is closed and opened for use, the zero and multiplier should be checked again by standard parts.
5. Please keep the scale as close to the glass tube as possible to reduce reading error.
6. If it is not for maintenance meter, do not take off the glass tube or take out the buoy, close the air inlet valve when unloading the glass tube, otherwise the buoy will be blown away
