Laminated and Tempered auto glass ink:

This product is in black pastes used as enamel for natural glass and float glasses. It have specialty that are good adhesive, smooth surface, alkalis resist.
Ink for laminated glass or tempered glass is different in property due to different bending temperature. Diluentis required in diluting ink before printing.
Silver paste for Heating line on tempered glass:
This series of products is mainly based on Ag, typically used in soda lime glass for automotive glass defogging and defrosting with wide range of firing temperatures.

This product is black pastes used as enamel for natural glass and float glasses. It have specialty that are good adhesive, smooth surface, alkalis resist. Mostly used as toughened glasses

Average Particle Size (Fineness): ≤7.5μm

Viscosity: 300±100 Pa.s (Japan VT—04 Viscosimeter, 25±3℃ or prepared upon request)

Typical Screen Printing Recommendations: 180-250 mesh

Drying:150℃/5min

FiringRange: 620-720℃/2-10 min

Color: matt/semi-matt black

Shelf Life: 6 months
