VDD Series is a pump of vertical multiple, radially split and radial diffuser.It is designed according to API610 standard,VS6 type.Rolling bearings of this pump are lubricated by thin oil,and hydraulic sliding bearing is multi-point supporting structure.At the same time,we consider and design carefully in the respects of support, cooling, installation and maintenance.A variety of auxiliary and monitoring systems make this series of pumps safe and reliable.

Application:this series of pumps is mainly used in refinery,

1.The temperature measuring interface can be used to monitor
bearing service condition, and ensure that the equipment runs under
best condition.
2.Rolling bearing structure uses thin oil lubrication and the
effect is good. The design of water cooling and air cooling
structure can effectively reduce bearing chamber temperature, and
is suitable for high temperature conditions.
3.Seal chamber conforms to API682 standard; all kinds of seals and
auxiliary systems can be configured according to working
conditions.
4.The balancing drum is used to balance axial force and the effect
is good. Bearing load is small and will not be affected by bearing
position.
5.Safe and reliable ways of shaft connection well ensure the
accuracy of shaft, increase the insertion depth of the pump and
expand application range of the pump.
6.Multi-point supporting sliding bearing structure;the bearing
spacing conforms to the API610 requirements;high safety and
reliability.The bushing adopts high wearable graphite or composite
materials.
7.Radial diffuser structure, compact structure, relatively high
single-stage impeller, suitable for high head conditions.
8.Impeller has good suction performance, with low NPSH, the pump in
the same condition, effectively shortening the pump insertion
depth, to ensure the pump's reliability.
