The machine for glass bottle integrates the function of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based on advanced technology overseas, and designed according to room filling processing demands of non-carbonated juice, tea, vitamin drinks and functional drinks to be one of the advanced room filling production line.

This 12,000BPH, 1L Glass bottled juice filling and packaging production line is to be shipped to Turkey.

The whole production line consists of

• RXGF 40-40-10 Glass bottle washing-filling-capping 3-in-1 monobloc, with the filling temperature of 95C.
• Hot water washing system
• Tilting device after filling
• Cooling tunnel to cool the 95C hot juice
• Ropp hot melt glue labeling machine (self adhesive, PVC labeling machine offered)
