Zinc alloy die casting process:

1. Making the Mold
A computerized system is used to engrave your design on the mold surface by using CNC engraving machine.

2. Injection
Molten material injected in to the mold.

3.Elimination
Waste material is eliminated to display the completed design.

4. Attachment
Attachment is spot welded on to the back of each piece.

5. Polishing
The pins are individually hand polished until smooth and shiny.

6.Plating
Now plating can be processed with various plating.

7.Soft enamel/imitation hard enamel colors filled / without;

8.Final inspection
Then each pin is inspected to ensure only the highest quality is individually packaged and send for final inspection.
