The module supports the following SMS services
The GR47/GR48 offers the capability of MO and MT voice calls
The module supports the following SMS services:
·Sending: MO, both PDU and Text mode supported.
·Receiving: MT, both PDU and Text mode supported.
·CBM is a service, in which a message is sent to all subscribers
located in one or more specific cell(s) in the GSM network, for
example, cell location information.
·SMS STATUS REPORT according to GSM 03.40.
The maximum length of an SMS message is 160 characters when
using 7-bit encoding. For 8-bit data, the maximum length is 140
characters.
The module supports upto 6 concatenated messages to extend this
function.
The GR47/GR48 offers the capability of MO and MT voice calls, as
well as supporting emergency calls. In addition to this multiparty,
call
waiting and call deflection features are available. Some of these
features are operator specific.
The module offers normal analogue input/output lines, analogue
audio
input/ output lines in differential modes, and digital audio
interface,
with the possibility of accessing internal points within the
digital
audio lines. Moreover, the GR47/GR48 have an embedded echo
canceller and noise suppression, which provide high quality audio.
The module supports HR, FR and EFR voice coding, provided that
EFR is available in the network.
