Gantry crane is a kind of deformation of bridge crane, also called gantry crane. It is mainly used for loading and unloading of outdoor goods yard, stock yard and bulk cargo. Gantry crane has the characteristics of high utilization rate, wide operation range, wide adaptability and strong universality, which is widely used in port freight yard.

Its metal structure is like a portal frame. Two legs are installed under the main beam, which can walk directly on the track on the ground. The two ends of the main beam can have overhanging cantilever beams.

Double girder gantry crane has strong bearing capacity, large span, good overall stability and many varieties, but its quality is larger and its cost is higher than that of single girder gantry crane with the same lifting capacity. According to the different girder structure, it can be divided into two forms: box girder and truss girder.

2. The main girder can be box type and lattices type which can windproof and low weight.
3. Double grider gantry crane can achieve the lifting height until 80m, span until 60m, capacity until 700ton
and duty group until M8.
4. Use hollow shaft bogie design with vertical gear motor, which is space saving and long service life.
5. The hoist, winch trolley, control panel, gear motor have rainproof cover which can achieve higher IP class
