1. Principle:

4. How to maintain
----Clean after each operation. Add a little solvent (pure water or alcohol) into the liquid cup. Block the needle cover with paper handkerchief, and then press the button and draw back slightly. Air bubbles appear because of the air circumfluence. Then spray the solvent out and clean the cup with the handkerchief. Repeat for several times.

---- Screw the back cannula down and untighten the needle nut. Draw out the needle carefully, and clean it with tampon with solvent. Then screw down the needle cover and air nozzle to clean with solvent.

Put the spray needle back to the spray gun. Be careful when the needle is through the nozzle. Push it on gently otherwise the nozzle would be forced large. Screw the needle nut tightly and then the back cannula. Fix the air nozzle and needle cover (take care not to curve the needle).

----NOTE: Don’t put the whole spray gun in the solvent. Not all parts of the spray gun could touch the solvent.

5. tips for some problems
1. If you could not draw back the button

Reason:

Last cleaning solvent did not expelled fully from the spray gun and the needle is stick down.

Resolution:

Screw down the back cannula, un-tighten the needle nut and pull it out. If it is stick too tight, wrap the needle with paper and use the pliers to pull it out. Clean the needle with solvent and put it back.

2. Spraying is not coherent and sometimes no liquid out. Du-du noisy

Check:

Whether the nozzle become flexible or not connected with the gun body tightly. Press the button but not draw it back. If bubbles appear in the liquid cup, then screw the nozzle to the gun body tightly but gently, otherwise the nozzle will be damaged.

Whether the airflow is coherent and whether the pressure is enough.

Whether the spray nozzle is blocked by something. Clean it with solvent.

3. The spraying nozzle should not remove down and clean occasionally. But if it is blocked, we have to clean it with solvent. Screw it down by the wrench, and then use the thin paper bar to clear it. Or we may put it in a bottle with solvent; shake it to have the leavings out.

4. The solvent must be diluted to the request concentration with no grain to protect the spraying nozzle from being blocked.
