1.Product Description
WYB series horizontal leaf filter is of novel design, the main body of filter consists of filtration tank, screen, end-plate pullout device, automatic dreg discharging device, etc.During filtering, the filter aid is mixed up with material in the mixing cylinder then transmitted by pump onto the filter screen to form a filter cake layer. Once the stable filter cake is realized, the minute filter aid particles provide countless micro passages, which entrap the suspended impurity and let the clear liquid through. Therefore the real filtration is realized through the cake layer. In case that the filter cake over the surface of filter screen reaches certain thickness, or the filtration pressure is up to 0.4 MPa, the feeding shall be stopped, and compressed air shall be employed to blow dry the cake, and filter screen shall be pulled out, the vibration dreg discharging device shall be switched on, the dregs shall be unloaded because of weight and vibration. As to sticky filter cake, manual help shall be provided to clean up the dregs.
This product realizes the filter paper (cloth) free filtration, and the filtration is enclosed without environmental pollution, the labor intensity is low thanks to automatic dreg removal. Two units work alternatively can realize continuous production.

3.Main processing technology
A. Procurement of raw materials and purchased parts (such as flange forgings and elliptic heads);
External parts blanking (elliptic head) and send out processing, forging gold processing;
B.the cylinder body feeding drum, processing molding;
C. Assembly welding between elliptic head and equipment flange, cylinder body and equipment flange, cylinder body and elliptic sealing head;
D. General assembly, marking holes at the same time, welding pipe flange, support, head pulling mechanism, etc.;
E. Hydrostatic test shall be carried out after final assembly.
F. The processing of the filter screen is carried out synchronously.
