Product description:
KYDH204SD-23 series disk separators are mainly made up of inlet and
outlet mechanism, drum , machine cover, vertical shaft, horizontal
shaft, machine base, hydraulic system, etc.
The unfiltered materials (mixed liquid) are transmitted to the
heart parts of this machine( the inside of the drum). Under the
actions of strong centrifugal force, the materials will pass though
the intervals of a group of disk piece bundles. And then, the
neutral hole of the disk piece being the interface, the liquid with
higher density (heavy phase) will move outward the neutral hole
along the disk piece, flowing to the large centripetal pump. The
heavy residues will be accumulated in the sediment area, waiting
for discharge out of machine. The liquid with lower density (light
phase) will move inward and upward along the disk piece wall and
gather in the small centripetal pump. The heavy phase and light
phase are outputted by the large centripetal pump and small
centripetal pump respectively.
Product competitive advantage:
1, There are stationary centripetal pumps for heavy phase and light
phase output. Separated heavy phase and light phase are outputted
respectively by the large and small centripetal pumps which on the
top of the drum.
2, This series of separator outfits various specific gravity rings
with different diameter, which can be selected and used according
to the density and volume of the materials.
It has backpressure regulating valve. Separating effect can be
regulated by regulating backpressure.
