WR 60T Bolt Fix Adjustable Welding Rollers with 2 motors drive
The WR60 welding rotator :The workpiece diameter from 750 to 4800 mm,The Center to Center distance are 3 steps---700-1500-2300 mm, you may easy change the wheels distance .
The machine consists of one power roller ,one idler roller and control box.
1) Power roller frame is consists of 2 drive rollers ,1 pedestal
,reducer,motor etc.
Power roller are driven by one motor and reducers . Working principle of the roller: Electric power--- Control box---VFD---Y series motor--- gear reducer---roller rotating
Usually the rollers are assembled by metal roller and rubber roller (WR5---WR100); Heavy loading use metal wheels(WR150---WR500)
Sometimes we may adopt PU wheels according to the cutomer special need.
2) The Idler roller frame is consists of 2 idlers and 1 pedestal.
Wheel frame drive the cylindrical (or conical) welding rotating
device by welding and active roller friction. Self alignment
turning roller is suitable for welding of circular cylinder, which
can adjust themselves according to cylinder size, and a variety of
specifications for user choosing, large tonnage may design and
manufacture. Adjustable turning rolls have manual lead screw
adjusting, manual bolt shifting and electric sliding plate shifting
3 kinds. By adjusting the center distance of roller, this is applicable
different diameter cylinder.
Adjustable turning rolls apply to circular cylinder of welding,
trolley spacing can adjust to adapt to the cylinder size. Roller
spacing can be divided into lead screw-adjustable turning roller
and bolt-adjustable turning roller. Adjustable turning rolls for
double motor drive, frequency control method.

Used to weld, polish and assemble the cylinder-shells, and to line
the shells with rubber.
