1. Q: Do you have current sample in stock?
A: We are manufacturer , we have the bulk cell but not pack , we
need to assemble the cell with customer's require
2. Q: What’s the delivery time for mass production?
A: Usually 25-32days, it depends on the quantity, material, battery
cell model and so on, we suggest to check delivery time case by
case.
3. Q: What kind of certificates could you provide for the battery?
A: we could apply CE, UL, UN38.3 for the bulk cell and support to
provide other related certificates for you if the customer would
like to pay for the certification fee for the pack/
4. Q: Do you offer charger for battery?
A: Yes, we do. If you also need charger, please mention it when
sending inquiry, kindly note that our charger cost is not included
in the battery cost.
