1. Application and suitable scope

WF66 energy saving king hammer mill adopts “Water drop shape” structure and it is the latest crushing technology and manufacturing process introduced from abroad. It is suitable for crushing maize, sorghum, wheat, pulp, fiber and other materials, which is widely used in the alcohol, grain, feedstuff, citric acid, food and other industries.

The advanced crushing chamber structure design of water drip shape, application of adjustable pressure screen stop-gauge device and tuning technology, increasing the output.

Fully optimized hammers arrangement, make the hammer mill’s vibration and noise lower, running more smoothly and efficiency higher.

The application of adjustable pressure screen stop-gauge device at the top of the crushing chamber and the tuning technology, can break the material’s circulation layer, increase crushing efficiency.

The design of axial air supplement can destroy the material’s circulation layer effectively, which is beneficial to crushing and sifting of the feed stock, as well as the cooling of the bearing.

Various precision detection that including high precision dynamic balancing, make sure it runs more smoothly, with lower noise and more ideal performance.

3. Main structure and working principle

1,Structure diagram:Please refer to Figure 1.

2,Working principle

Material is fed from the top inlet and will enter into the crushing chamber through the feeding guide mechanism. The material is struck by high speed rotating hammerer, so it is crushed by being rubbed and struck in cycles and cutting function of punching sieve. Meanwhile under the action of centrifugal force and air flow, the material of qualified granularity will pass through the sieve pore and discharge from the outlet under the base. Customer can adapt multiple auxiliary equipments to finish the work such as material collection, conveying and warehouse entry based on the specific process.

4. Hoisting installation and adjustment

1,There are 4 flying rings at each side of the crusher for hoisting. If limited by the site condition, the machine can do plane movement through steel pipe ofφ50
2,There are 6 shock absorbers under the base of crushing chamber. When installing, it can be put on the foundation or the rail directly. It is not necessary to use other connection for fastening. But please note that when handling and installing, it is quite essential that shock absorbers land simultaneously.

3,The arrangement of hammer must be consistent with the requirement shown in the drawing. The mass difference of the hammer of relative two groups should be ≤5 g. After being used for some stage and the first angle of hammer is worn, the motor changes its direction to use the second angle of hammer for working. If the hammer is double-headed hole, when the second angle is worn, the hammer can be turned around, using its third angle, and then the rotor inversion running, using the fourth angle of the hammer. After all angles are worn, replace new hammers.

4,When replacing hammer, the relative two groups should be replaced at the same time.


5. Operation and function

1,Operator should be familiar with the machine’s performance, understand its structure, and learn the Operation Instruction seriously.

2,Before starting the machine, check each connection part carefully, no looseness is allowed.

3,Check whether the rotor rotation is flexible and there should be no abnormal noise.

4,Increase feed quantity gradually after no load running for 2~3 minutes.

5,Before stop the machine, first stop feeding, discharge all the remaining material in the machine, and then it could be stopped.

6,The rotating direction of main shaft is determined by different feeding direction. The rotating direction of guide mechanism is controlled by manual. Before open the door, power supply should be switched off. When the door is opening, crusher will stop and meanwhile the motor can not be started, to guarantee the safety and reliability when replacing damageable parts and doing maintenance. After maintenance is finished and the door is closed, put the handle of feed guide plate in the correct position in accordance with the needed rotation of motor.


6. Maintenance and troubleshooting

6.1,Maintenance

<1>Operate strictly in accordance with the operation methods; every shift should do the necessary inspections and cleaning work.

<2>After the machine’s working time of 4000—5000 hours, the bearings should be taken apart and washed once.

<3>Do repair and replacement immediately when the components are damaged or badly worn. After repair, the rotor part should be taken a dynamic balance test.

<4>If the machine will stop for a long time, cleaned up the dustiness and raw material in the machine, to prevent corrosion and the sieve pore blocking.

<5>For a long time deposit, the machine should be placed in ventilated and dry place. Pay attention to rainproof when it is deposited in the open air.


6.2,Method to remove troubles
