Melt blown fabric making machine is an equipment that uses high speed hot air flow to draw out the polymer melt trickle which be squeezed out from spinneret orifice, thus forming microfiber and collecting on the roller, at the same time, self-adhesive to become a melt blown cloth which is used to produce the face mask.

Equipment Overview:
This machine for the fully automatic folding mask production line (typical models such as N95 mask), equipment whole roll material, multi-layer non-woven cloth roll through composite welding, nasal wire rolling after the melting, two coils of the ear band automatic roll, fixed long cutting after the fuse, and then the body to fold molding, after ultrasonic welding fusion, the final mask rolling cutting molding.
