This fully automatic maxi roll rewinding machine, JRT Jumbo Roll Tissue Making Machine is a multifunctional machine to make toilet paper, hygienic bathroom tissue, maxi roll, industrial roll, JRT, HRT, hardwound roll, hand towel roll, bed sheet roll, hospital roll, airlaid nonwoven rolls with steel to rubber full embossing, edge side embossing, color printing, point to point lamination etc. It has on-line slitters. The jumbo rolls go through the machine and comes out finished rolls already cut, embossed, printed etc. no need extra cutting machine. It is a low cost small scale economical tissue paper converting machine.

a. Jumbo roll specification: 14-45 g/m2 1 ply virgin tissue paper or other tissues (Other material like nonwoven/airlaid to be customized)

b. Jumbo roll size: ≤2000mm x Φ1200mm; (Other size available.)

c. Jumbo roll core diameter: Φ76mm.

B. Product size

a. Finished product type: tissue rolls.

b. Finished roll inner core diameter to be confirmed: adjsutable.

c. Finished rolls diameter is adjustable 100mm to 300mm (Max. Ф400mm)

d. Finished roll width is adjustable within certain scopes (Pls confirm the minimum size)

C. Unwinder Section

a. With Two jumbo roll back stands.

b. Jumbo Roll diameter: Max. Ф1500mm (Other size, please specify).

c. Core diameter: Ф76mm.

d. Pneumatic loading jumbo rolls automatically.

e. With 2 sets of cone pulleys hand wheels to control jumbo roll web tension.(Electrical type is optional)

f. Synchronism paper feeding unit. With wide flat belts for feeding the jumbo roll.

g. With hand wheel for adjusting each jumbo roll to the left or right.(Electrical type is optional)

D. Rewinding Section

a. Adopt expandable pneumatic shaft rewinding system.

b. Manually feeding paper cores on the pneumatic shaft.

c. Core diameter manually adjustable. (Please specify your size)

d. With automatic perforation system: Perforation size is adjustable.

e. Perforation system can be switched OFF or switched ON. Able to produce rolls with perforation and without perforation.

f. With automatic finished roll tail trimming and sealing system.
