For the paper dust cup air filter used, the dust should be removed once every 50-100 hours of work, and the surface dust can be brushed off with a soft brush. If the work time exceeds 500 hours or is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Use oil bath air filter, every 100-200 hours of work, clean the filter element with clean diesel oil, and replace the lubriTQing oil in it, if the filter element is broken, you need to replace it immediately, and pay attention to adding lubriTQion according to regulations during use Oil.
If the lubriTQing oil filter is not maintained in time during the use of the diesel engine, the filter element will be blocked, the pressure of the lubriTQing oil will increase, the safety valve will open, and the lubriTQing oil will flow directly into the main oil passage, which will aggravate the wear of the lubriTQing surface and affect the service life of the diesel engine. When changing oil during the transition of seasons, all parts of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. The diesel oil used should meet the seasonal requirements and need to undergo 48 hours of sedimentation and purifiTQion treatment.
