Q , Are you a manufacturer?
A : Yes. We are manufacture & designer based in Shenzhen China, have been in cardboard display field for 5 years.
Q , Do you have stock production to sell?
A : No. We work on OEM orders, that means the size, material, quantity, design and packaging solutions etc will depends on your demand, of course,LOGO and pictures you need can be printed on the cardboard display.
Q , How do you ship the sample?
A : We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. And courier charge is paid by customer against arrival. If customer doenot have courier A/C,we can help him/her by courier agent service which costs much lower than official courier. That is, customer pay us courier charge, we pay it to courier agent. We will not own any price gap.This way costs much lower but a little longer to receive the parcel.
Q , What information should I provide if I want to get a questions?

- If possible, please provide with picture or design sketch for checking
Q , When we create artwork, which the format is available for printing?
A : After sample confirm we will start creat the artwork, the format can be PDF, CDR, AI, PSD

A : Sample lead time is 1 - 3 working days.Mass production lead time depends on the quantity of the products, generally is 7 - 10 working days
