All lowbeds are designed and built to meet the harsh conditions synonymous with lowbed transportation. The frames are constructed from Q345B steels (high strength and high tensile), fitted with the highest quality running gear and fabricated and finished off to the standards that the organization is renowned for.
- The main beam is designed as special double vertical plate which is more solid than single vertical plate.
- The gooseneck is inside and outside reinforced to achieve heavy duty tranportation.
- The ladder and trailer body are connected by mechanical spring make it easy operate and high-intensive.
- The side beams are I shaped steel beam structures. Checkered floor aims increase friction and prevent cargo from skidding.
