Multi-Joint Robots / Articulated Robots for Grinding and Deburring
Characteristics of deburring robot system:
1. Deburring is the removal of material used to capture burrs,
sharp edges, or fins of metal parts;
2. Six-axis deburring robots drive the cutter to the staff from the
same file, from the casting around and above any angle and
location, very flexible, fast and accurate removal of the casting
surface of the mouth and the mold line, deep hole within the burr
and milling and finishing some holes;
3. This type of robot is essentially a dedicated six-axis machining
center, but with the robot's rapid and flexible features, which is
a robot processing equipment;
4. To design the corresponding robot structure and tooling according to the different deburring workpiece; 5. The application of such robots can improve the deburring efficiency 4 to 6 times than manual operation.

Multi-joint robots have been more and more applied in the fields of workpiece deburring and grinding even polishing to replace inefficient manual operation of uneven quality which is also harmful to human health.
Using the most advanced cutting software and machining power
control technology as well as the spindle, knife, turntable and
other readily available configuration, our robot system can replace
the manual deburring machine to realize automatic processing of
grinding and deburring for the shell of casting workpiece, sheet
metal, sanitary ware, laptop and other products. The robotic
grinding automation system removes the excess material quickly and
efficiently from the surface of the machined workpieces and
products.
In any industry where there is a grinding process in mass
production, there is automatic equipment. But the non-standard
nature of the grinding process and the flexible requirements for
the grinding action become a technical obstacle to the general
grinding machine. The combination of grinding machine and the robot
into a single robot grinding system or a complete robot grinding
equipment plus a conveying line and the corresponding fixtures
makes a complete grinding automation production line, which can
effectively complete the non-standard automatic grinding operation
process.
