Water solenoid valve use and maintenance:
1, it is recommended to use the unit to send the person responsible
for maintenance.
2, the solenoid valve is installed into the media need to pass
several experimental action shall be put into use after confirming
normal.
3, large internal and external valve should be cleaned regularly
and the title of the pull side of the dirt, careful not to damage
the sealing surface.
4, when the solenoid valve is a long time to do, should be closed
before the valve manual valve, when re-enabled, steam solenoid
valve should condensate removal and clean, and make trial action
several times, only to be put into use after the switch to normal.
5, when the solenoid valve from the pipeline do not remove, the
internal parts should be scrubbed and blowing with compressed air
storage.
6, when used for a long time, such as a seal between the piston and
the valve seat is bad, the piston sealing surface re-polished, and
now seat grinding.
7, in operation, should pay attention to before and after the valve
pressure gauge required working pressure must not exceed the rated
pressure, working pressure must be within the rated pressure range.
When the operating pressure exceeds the rated pressure or working
pressure exceeds the rated pressure, the solenoid valve to stop
using closed before and after manual valves, solenoid valves to
prevent explosions and leaks.
